FernWeave ("the Game") is operated by mmm998520 ("Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Device Token (Guest ID): A randomly generated UUID stored on your device, used as your player identifier. This is not linked to your real identity.
• Game Progress: Your homestead layout, furniture collection, currency balances, quest progress, and in-game activity logs.
• Display Name: The nickname you choose within the game (not your real name).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Real name, phone number, or email (unless you voluntarily upgrade your Guest account)
• Location data
• Payment information (all purchases are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store)
• Contacts or photos from your device

3. Third-Party Services

• Aiven PostgreSQL: Cloud database (EU data centers) — stores game progress data
• Render: Cloud hosting platform — hosts the game server
• Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit: Processes in-app purchases; we receive only a purchase confirmation token, not payment details

4. Data Retention

Your game data is retained for as long as you play. If you request account deletion (available in Settings), your data is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between the game client and our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• 真實姓名、電話號碼或電子郵件（除非您主動升級訪客帳號）
• 位置資訊
• 付款資訊（所有購買均透過 Google Play / Apple App Store 處理）
• 裝置通訊錄或相片

3. 第三方服務

• Aiven PostgreSQL：雲端資料庫（歐盟資料中心）— 儲存遊戲進度
• Render：雲端託管平台 — 託管遊戲伺服器
• Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit：處理應用程式內購；我們僅接收購買確認 Token，不取得付款詳情

4. 資料保留

您的遊戲資料於遊戲期間保留。若您申請刪除帳號（可於設定中操作），資料將於 30 天冷靜期後永久清除。
